Our goal is to provide excellent housing in the Bowling Green area. We take pride in our service and want our tenants to be happy while they are staying in our great town. Please take a moment to read our policies listed below.

• We promise to make any repairs that are needed due to normal wear and tear promptly and efficiently.
• We do not allow pets.
• All our properties are non-smoking.
• No noise louder than normal conversational tone after 10 pm.
